Q. How long is my VIP Card good for?

A. Our current Brunswick Islands VIP Card is good until December 31, 2002, which is specified on the front and back of the card.

Q. If I'm arriving too soon to receive my Brunswick Islands VIP Card(s) by mail, can they be delivered to my hotel?

A. Yes. If you order 2 or more cards, we can have your order delivered to your hotel and waiting for you when you arrive. You must include your hotel name, location, reservation name, and arrival date. Also, we need at least 36 hours to have your cards delivered.

Q. How does the hotel know about my delivery?

A. When we deliver to your hotel, we have a front desk clerk sign for your order. They are asked to place your envelope with your reservation information and give it to you upon arrival. Note: Brunswick Islands VIP Card company is not responsible for orders lost by your hotel. We will, however, may every attempt to track down your order based on our delivery information and contacts at your hotel.

Q. What happens if I lose my card?

A. Unfortunately, if you lose your card, you'll have to order another. Your Brunswick Islands VIP Card can be thought of as money. If you lose it, someone else can find it and use it. It is very valuable and will bring you an huge return on your membership.

Q. Do I have to present my Brunswick Islands VIP Card each time I use in order to receive the discount?

A. Yes. You must present the Brunswick Islands VIP Card each time you go to a participating vendor in order to get their listed discount. Each vendor's discount varies, so be sure to check our website for updated information to see if their discount will be applied to only the cardholder or the entire group. Please note: Some locations will discount an entire food bill (not including alcohol, tax and tip) and some are giving a free appetizer for the purchase of two entrees (per person per card), so it is important to select the proper amount of cards to insure the best discount for you and your party.

Q. How many times may I use my VIP Card at locations that accept it?

A. You may use your Brunswick Islands VIP Card as many times as you like, at any of our participating vendors, until it's expiration date.

Q. Do I need to show the brochure in order to receive a discount?

A. No. The brochure is for your convenience. Only a valid Brunswick Islands VIP Card is needed to receive your VIP discounts. It is a good idea to carry your brochure with you to note all of the great money saving locations.

Q. What about booking Tee Times at Golf Courses?

A. Our Tee Times program is unique to the Brunswick Islands VIP Card program. Most golf courses' tee times are courtesy of Carolina Golf Vacations. When a golf course is sponsored by Carolina Golf Vacations, you may either visit there office directly to book your tee time or call them at: 800-944-9181. They will verify the Card Purchaser's name in their VIP system and book the tee time for you at a great discounted rate. Only the Card purchaser can make the tee time reservation by phone since it is their name in the VIP system. Please allow 3 days notice to book your tee times.

Q. What happens if a merchant does not want to honor the Brunswick Islands VIP Card?

A. If a participating vendor does not want to accept your valid Myrtle Beach VIP Card, ask to speak with the manager. All participating vendors have signed, legal agreements with us. If for any reason you have a problem, after speaking with a manager at a location, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the issue.

Q. Can I renew my Brunswick Islands VIP Card?

A. You do not need to renew your card. Once your card has expired you will need to place a new order for your card(s). You can order new cards online through our quick order process by entering your email and password or call us at: 888-CARD-VIP (227-3847).
